Research Interests 

Dr. Juknis's research interests include upper extremity nerve transfer study in spinal cord injury patients with tetraplegia and multicenter trials in spinal cord injuries.

Dr. Juknis earned a medical degree from the Kaunas Medical Institute, in Kaunas, Lithuania, and completed an internship in neurology at the Kaunas Medical Institute in Kaunas, Lithuania, and both a physical medicine and rehabilitation residency and a spinal cord injury fellowship at Barnes-Jewish Hospital/Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri.
