The evaluation and treatment of sports-related injuries (including arthroscopic assessment), work-related injuries, degenerative and rheumatic arthritis conditions,nerve compression syndromes, traumatic reconstruction, congenital and upper extremity abnormalities

Dr. Goldfarb's primary research interests include reconstruction for degenerative and rheumatoid conditions, congenital deformities, and nerve compression syndromes of the upper extremity
Background
Dr. Goldfarb received his undergraduate degree from Williams College and his medical doctorate degree from the University of Alabama. He completed his surgical internship and residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Washington University School of Medicine. Dr. Goldfarb completed fellowship training in orthopaedic hand and upper extremity surgery at the University of Cincinnati before joining the orthopaedic faculty at Washington University. He has served as an Assistant Team Physician for the St. Louis Rams Professional Football Team and currently serves as the Consulting Physician for injuries of the hand and wrist.
