Clinical Interests

Lifestyle medicine is defined as “an evidence-based approach to preventing and treating diseases by replacing unhealthy behaviors with positive ones – such as eating healthfully, being physically active, managing stress, avoiding risky substance abuse, adequate sleep and having a strong support system”.1 The Washington University Living Well Center® is an innovative program that aims to transform healthcare delivery by empowering individuals to improve their lifestyles as the central component of disease prevention and management. Mollie is proud to be a member of the Living Well Center's team of experts who work collaboratively with patients to identify and eradicate the underlying lifestyle-related causes of dysfunction and disease.
