Stressed?! Who me? Strategies to de-stress our mind and body*

Come join the Living Well Center staff members, Dr. Hunt (Medical Director of LWC), Nartana Mehta (Registered Dietician) and Andy Howard (Health Program Counselor), for an engaging and interactive discussion on strategies to understand the effects of stress on our mind, body and digestive system. Information will be provided on identifying stressors, the importance of managing stress, and how to promote our health with mind, body and nutritional approaches. Come join the Living Well Center staff members, Dr. Hunt (Medical Director of LWC), Nartana Mehta (Registered Dietician) and Andy Howard (Health Program Counselor), for an engaging and interactive discussion on applying resiliency to our overall health. Specific dialogue will cover keeping our minds resilient in the face of challenges, addressing physical needs to keep the body resilient, and nutritional choices that keep our digestive system resilient.
