In case you missed it, the Washington University Living Well Center® teamed up with Caryn Dugan from the Center for Plant-Based Living to demonstrate how to make a few plant-based recipes with fresh summer produce. Caryn prepared a banh mi bowl and white bean and avocado salad wraps, with a chopped Italian salad to round out the meal.
