Applications

 

To apply for the PM&R residency program, please submit all required documentation to ERAS (Electronic Residency Application System). We accept applications from candidates from allopathic schools, osteopathic schools and foreign medical graduates. Graduates of foreign medical schools are required to hold a valid ECFMG certificate. USMLE and/or COMLEX scores are accepted. Step 1/Level 1 is required for consideration. Step 2/Level 2 is needed to start.

 

The deadline for receipt of all application materials is October 5, 2025. After this date, incomplete applications will not be considered.

Interviews

Interviews will be offered to selected applicants after a review of the completed application. Each candidate will interview with several faculty and the program director. There will also be time to meet with current residents. Interview dates are: 

• Friday, November 7, 2025
• Friday, November 14, 2025
• Friday, December 5, 2025
• Friday, December 12, 2025
• Friday, December 19, 2025
