Visiting Rotation Dates Offered for 2026

Our program will offer the following 4-week visiting student rotations:

  • June 1 – June 28, 2026
  • July 6 – August 2, 2026
  • August 3 – August 30, 2026
  • August 31 – September 27, 2026
  • September 28 – October 25, 2026
  • October 26 – November 22, 2026

  • Step 1 (Pass or Fail on first attempt) and/or COMLEX Level 1
  • Step 2 (if taken) and/or COMLEX Level 2 (if taken)

Away Rotation Offer Cycles and Key Dates

Cycle 1

  • Offer Day: Monday, April 13, 2026 at 12:00 PM (EST)
  • Rotations Covered:
    • June 1 – June 28, 2026
    • July 6 – August 2, 2026
    • August 3 – August 30, 2026
    • August 31 – September 27, 2026
  • Application Deadline: March 16, 2026

Cycle 2

  • Offer Day: Monday, May 4, 2026 at 12:00 PM (EST)
  • Rotations Covered:
    • September 28 – October 25, 2026
    • October 26 – November 22, 2026
    • Any unfilled spots from Cycle 1
  • Application Deadline: April 6, 2026

Unfilled Rotations 

  • Beginning Thursday, May 7, 2026, remaining unfilled rotation spots will be offered on a rolling basis.

Offer and Acceptance Process

  • All offers will be released at 12:00 PM (EST) on designated offer days.
  • Following each offer day, there will be a 24-hour moratorium:
    • Students should use this time to review offers with mentors or advisors.
    • Students should not contact programs during this period.
    • Programs will not accept or confirm responses during the moratorium.
  • Students may begin accepting offers at:
    • Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 12:00 PM (EST) (Cycle 1)
    • Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 12:00 PM (EST) (Cycle 2)
  • Students will have 48 hours to respond to an offer without risk of rescission.
  • If an offer is declined or no response is received by:
    • Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 12:00 PM (EST) (Cycle 1), or
    • Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 12:00 PM (EST) (Cycle 2), the spot may be offered to another applicant.

Medical students will rotate at satellite locations in the St. Louis area and will be required to have access to their own transportation.
