Meet Kendra Clamors
Orthopedic Technician II
Where are you from? 
I am from Saint Louis, born and raised (GO BLUES!)
What brought you to Washington University Orthopedics?
I worked at a physical therapy clinic for five years before getting hired with WashU. I loved doing that, but wanted to help patients out in a different way!
How do you support the department?
I am in the cast room as an Orthopedic Technician.
What aspect of your work do you find most interesting or rewarding?
It is so rewarding helping patients after major surgeries or injuries. Patients are so thankful for what we do and I love hearing how much we help them.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of work?
I work out and train for bodybuilding competitions outside of work. My gym friends, fiancé, and I are BIG foodies so we love trying out new restaurants in the St. Louis area.
What's the best advice you ever received?
Whatever you do, give it 100%.
If you weren't in health care, what would you like to be doing? 
If I wasn’t in health care I would love to travel the world and try out new foods around the world.
Anything else you’d like to share?
I am getting married to the love of my life in October and can’t wait to be a step mom to the cutest little girl! We also have two husky’s that give us a run for our money!
