6 Ingredient Cookies


  • 1 banana (very ripe)
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Mash banana and nut butter together. Combine remaining ingredients and mix until incorporated. Scoop a rounded tablespoon of the dough and drop into a ball on the prepared baking sheet. 
  3. Bake 10-12 minutes.
