This mango pineapple green smoothie is refreshingly delicious and sure to be a hit with the whole family.

Mango Pineapple Green Smoothie 


  • 2/3 cup frozen pineapple 
  • 1 cup frozen mango 
  • 1 ripe banana 
  • 1 cup spinach 
  • 1/3 - 1/2 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk) 
  • 1 tsp powdered turmeric 
  • 1 cup ice

Optional add-ins: ground flax seed, Chia seeds, tart cherry juice, uncooked oatmeal, nut butter, hemp seeds (sprinkle on top) 


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. Add more plant-based milk to desired consistency.
