Erica Asher, ATC, recognized as Star Performer

Washington University Orthopedics employee Erica Asher, ATC, was a recipient of the Star Performer Award for the month of November. The Star Performer Award is given by the Washington University Faculty Practice Plan, and recognizes employees who are making a difference in the lives of their patients and stand out as role models for physicians and staff.
Erica began working at Washington University Orthopedics as a pediatric orthopedic technician in the St. Louis Children’s Hospital clinic before moving to the new orthopedic suite at the Center for Advanced Medicine - South County. “Erica has a done an amazing job managing the cast room and the durable medical equipment for South County and assists with many other duties,” says April Nortrup, MS, ATC, Practice Manager. Erica has received many positive comments from patients, co-workers, and providers regarding the excellent patient care she provides to patients.
She was presented with the Star Performer Award in a surprise ceremony on January 9, 2018 at the Center for Advanced Medicine – South County. Congratulations, Erica!
