Dr. Chamberlain treats patients with Shoulder and Elbow disorders. His practice focuses on arthroscopy of the shoulder and elbow in treatment of rotator cuff tears, shoulder and elbow instability, shoulder and elbow injuries in the throwing athlete and performing artist, biceps tendon injuries, frozen shoulder and shoulder and elbow arthritis. He also focuses on reconstructive procedures including shoulder and elbow replacement including reverse shoulder replacement as well as tendon and ligament injuries, acromioclavicular and sternoclavicular joint injuries and fractures of the shoulder and elbow.

Research Interests

Research interests include clinical outcome studies of shoulder and elbow replacement, rotator cuff repair, novel arthroscopic techniques and arthroscopy education, management of arthritis in the young shoulder.

Dr. Chamberlain is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Arthroscopy Association of North America, and the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons.

Dr. Chamberlain received his medical degree at the University of California San Francisco School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine at the University of Washington Affiliated Hospitals, and his fellowship in shoulder and elbow surgery at Washington University School of Medicine, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery.
