International Hand Surgery – World Pediatric Project

Dr. Charles Goldfarb and Dr. Lindley Wall have worked with the World Pediatric Project (WPP) since its founding 20 years ago. This has included caring for children brought to St Louis for complex care and traveling on volunteer trips to provide care in the eastern Caribbean. When traveling, Dr. Goldfarb or Dr. Wall will lead a team for upper extremity care which includes an anesthesiologist, an OR nurse, a hand therapist, a hand fellow, and often a scribe. These trips are an incredible opportunity to provide care to those who would not otherwise have access.
