Plant-based Eating Hacks: How to Make an Oil-Free Dressing

It's easy to create an oil-free dressing that actually tastes good -- you just need four main components and some creativity! 

Components of an oil-free dressing: 
- Fat source (such as tahini, avocado, cashew butter)
- Sweet source (such as maple syrup, agave, dates) 
- Spice source (such as garlic powder, cayenne pepper, cumin)
- Citrus source (such as Apple cider vinegar, lime, lemon, etc.)
