Washington University Orthopaedics had a large presence at this year's Missouri State Orthopaedic Association (MSOA) Annual Meeting. The meeting was held on Friday, February 22nd through Saturday, February 23rd at the Knight Conference Center on the Washington University Danforth campus. Leading the program was MSOA President Ryan Nunley, MD, and MSOA Program Chair, David Brogan, MD. 

Other faculty members spoke on various topics at the meeting, including presentations from Alexander Aleem, MD, Martin Boyer, MD, FRSC(C), Ryan Calfee, MD, MSc, Christopher Dy, MD, MPH, Farshid Guilak, PhD, Munish Gupta, MD, Anna Miller, MD, FASC, and Rick Wright, MD. 

Many orthopedic residents also attended, presenting their research abstracts for the resident paper competition. 

The MSOA began in 1969 at the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons meeting in Chicago. The mission of the MSOA is to serve its members through promotion of the science and art of orthopaedic medicine; protection of the health of the public; and betterment of orthopaedics in Missouri.
