What is Amniotic Constriction Band Syndrome?
Amniotic Constriction Band Syndrome is an uncommon condition where strands of the fluid-filled amniotic sac traps parts of the developing baby, reducing blood supply and causing a congenital deformity to the the face, arms, legs, fingers or toes.
