Martin Boyer, MD, Program Director
Dr. Boyer’s hometown is Montreal, Quebec and he grew up in Toronto, Ontario. He completed his undergraduate education, earned his medical degree and completed his Orthopaedic Residency at the University of Toronto. Dr. Boyer completed his Hand & Upper Extremity Fellowship at the Indiana Hand Center. David M. Brogan, MD, MSc
Dr. Brogan was born and raised in San Antonio Texas. He then pursued a degree in biomedical engineering at a Vanderbilt University in Nashville Tennessee. After graduation, he received a Marshall Scholarship to study for a Masters's degree in Medical Engineering and Physics at King's College, University of London. He went on to receive a second master's degree in International Health Policy at the London School of Economics. Dr. Brogan returned to the United States to attend medical school at Washington University in Saint Louis. After graduation, he completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota. Ryan Calfee, MD, MSc
Dr. Calfee’s hometown is Gainesville, Florida. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia. He received his medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine. Dr. Calfee completed his residency at Brown University and Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, RI, where he also completed a fellowship in Orthopedic Trauma. Christopher Dy, MD
Dr. Dy was born in Brooklyn, NY and grew up in Tampa, FL. He graduated from a combined college and medical school program at the University of Miami, then completed the orthopaedic surgery residency program at Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, NY and the orthopaedic hand and microsurgery fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis. Richard Gelberman, MD
Dr. Gelberman's hometown is Asheville, NC. He completed his undergraduate education at the Univ of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and earned his medical degree from the University of Tennessee. He did his Orthopaedic Residency at the University of Wisconsin. Dr. Gelberman completed a Hand & Microvascular Surgery Fellowship at Duke University, as well as a Pediatric Fellowship at Harvard. Charles Goldfarb, MD
Dr. Goldfarb’s hometown is Birmingham, Alabama. He completed his undergraduate education at Williams College in Massachusetts, earned his medical degree at the Univ of Alabama and completed his Orthopaedic Residency at Washington University in Saint Louis. Lindley Wall, MD
Dr. Wall's hometown is Columbia, MO. She received her undergraduate degree from Duke University. She received her medical degree and also completed her residency at Washington University School of Medicine. Dr. Wall then completed the Mary S.
